Carla Kelly: Carla Kelly is an experienced vegan cook and baker and the author of two previous cookbooks: Quick and Easy Vegan Bake Sale and Quick and Easy Vegan Slow Cooking. She believes food tastes best when it is shared with laughter and love, and delights in creating good food that is also good for you, your loved ones, and the planet.
