I watched this movie when it first came out and loved it. I was very excited to see it on Fishpond to purchase. It is even better the second and third time. Bill Pullman is very cute and Sandra Bullock is wonderful as usual. The story is set around Christmas time so it will be a great Christmas present for any romantic movie lover. Enjoy I am sure I will again soon.

'While You Were Sleeping' is a funny, touching, sweet movie where girl is so desperate to be loved that she pretends to be engaged to a comatose guy whose life she has saved. As Hollywood would have it, she then complicates things by falling for the coma guy's brother (Bill Pullman). Romantic misunderstandings ensue but love will always win the day.

this was one of sandra bullock's earlier movies and you can tell that she had not really refined the art of comedic acting yet, how ever that does not prevent this sweet romatic comedy from being a cheer ful watch. when a woman goes to visit a man she is in love with but who does not know her she gets mistaken for his fiance

Adorable movie of a girl (Sandra Bullock) in love with a man she sees everybody, but who has no idea of her existance, and being mistaken for his fiance when he falls into a coma. Worth watching just to see a very young and fresh Sandra Bullock in one of her first romantic comedies.

Sandra Bullock - at her most popular - stars as a ticket collector who pretends to be the girlfriend of an unconscious man, but can't pull the wool over the man's brother's eyes (played by Bill Pullman)... very much a feel good film; a nice, fluffy romantic comedy that makes for a nice night in... Bullock is her usual sweet, endearing self...

Not exactly ground-breaking or particularly memorable, this is nonetheless a very sweet romantic comedy, with a very funny plot based on an interesting premise, and great performances by all involved, especially Sandra Bullock, who plays the shy, earnest and rather eccentric lead very convincingly. This is, however, essentially a “chick-flick” with the romance prominent to the tale; a great one to watch with friends on a girls’ night in.
