Dr Louise Fawcett is a Fellow and Lecturer in
Politics at St Catherine's College, Oxford. She was the McArthur
Scholar in International Relations from 1990-1995.

(Oxford University Press, 2000) and Iran and the Cold War
(Cambridge University Press, 1992).
