About the Author

Die Autorin: Konstanze Braun wurde 1977 in Kiel geboren. Sie studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität zu Kiel und legte Ende 2002 das Erste Juristische Staatsexamen ab. Sie promovierte von 2003 bis 2005. 2004 nahm sie den juristischen Vorbereitungsdienst bei dem Schleswig-Holsteinischen Oberlandesgericht auf.
