About the Author

Manuel Diaz-Campos is Associate Professor of HispanicLinguistics at Indiana University, Bloomington. He has published onacquisition of sociolinguistic variables in L1, sociolinguisticvariation, and topics in Spanish laboratory phonology. He is editorof Selected Proceedings of the 2nd Conference on LaboratoryApproaches to Spanish Phonetics and Phonology (2006).
