JASIM AHMAD, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He is a member of the Monitoring Institution Representatives (MIRs) team which is overseeing the implementation of Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) in the State of Bihar. Dr. Ahmad is a life member of All India Association for Educational Research (AIAER) and Indian Association of Teacher Educators (IATE). He has published several papers in the area of education in national and international journals besides contributing chapters in books.
