About the Author

Benedict M. Ashley, OP, is a priest of the Dominican Order, Chicago Province and Emeritus Professor of Moral Theology at the Aquinas Institute of Theology. He also served as a Senior Fellow of the National Catholic Center for Bioethics in its early years.

Among his publications are: Health Care Ethics (with Kevin O'Rourke, OP), Living the Truth in Love, The Way Toward Wisdom, The Ashley Reader; Redeeming Reason, and The Arts of Learning and Communication.
