“A Fool’s Alphabet is a poignant and highly readable novel that
runs the gamut of experience from well, from A to Z.”

“Sebastian Faulks’s third and most magnificent novel is a feel-good
experience from cover to cover. At a time when writers seem obliged
to present the seedy or the wicked as reflections of the dirty,
real world, we have here something that goes deeper than greed and
explores our emotional rather than material being.”
