Reviews

"This singular work—the latest in a series issued by the Commission on the History of Geographical Thought of the International Geographical Union—combines several engagingly written biographical sketches of noted geographers together with corresponding selective bibliographies...This little book, indeed the entire series, should prove helpful to scholars and students in geography departments all over as well as the inquisitive layperson."
