Each chapter is a ′state of the art′ review of a subject drawing out the synergies with hospitality in both a theoretical and empirical manner. I wholeheartedly recommend this new publication from SAGE′ - Stephen J. Page, University of Stirling ′This Handbook will become an essential and invaluable reference source for teachers and students of hospitality and hospitality management. It is both focused and comprehensive and contains contributions from some of the most established writers in the field. The content of the book has an international perspective and considerably raises the quality of the extant literature in the field′ - Kit Jenkins, University of Strathclyde and Managing Director of IMI School of Hotel and Tourism Management, Luzern, Switzerlandwitzerland
