While you may know her from her role as fourth judge on American Idol Seasons 8 and 9, Kara DioGuardi is one of the industry's most sought after songwriters and producers whose songs have appeared on more than 150 million albums. She is a Grammy nominated hitmaker, 2007 BMI Pop Songwriter of the Year, 2007 SOCAN Award winner, and has been awarded 15 BMI Awards for co-writing the most performed songs on the radio. Kara also works at Warner Bros Records where she serves as Executive VP Talent Development, Office of the Chairman and has signed such hit artists as Jason Derulo and Iyaz.
