Bibliography
Mark Byers received his doctorate from the University of Oxford. His research focuses on late modernist poetry and poetics, literary archives, and textual studies. He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Archives and Poetry at Newcastle University.
Byers situates Olson's work in its broad artistic context, thus
undertaking a task that had previously never been properly
undertaken. Byers has now devoted an entire study to it -- indeed,
a necessary study, as his ample findings reveal ... Byers thus
offers a well-written and balanced study in the burgeoning field of
Olson Studies, while contributing to the history of postwar
aesthetics.
