Geoffrey C. Hazard, Jr., is Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is the coauthor of The Law and Ethics of Lawyering and The Law of Lawyering. Angelo Dondi is Professor of Law at the Universita degli Studi di Urbino.
