Matthias Dupke, geb. 1979 in Merseburg. Nach Abschluss der Sekundarschule 1996 beginn einer dreijährigen Lehre zum Maler und Lackierer. 1999 bis 2000 Absolvierung der Fachoberschule Technik in Leuna. 2000 bis 2001 Ableistung des zehnmonatigen Wehrdienstes in Burg bei Magdeburg. Von 2001 bis 2006 Studium des Bauingenieurwesens an der HTWK Leipzig mit der Vertiefung Bausanierung. Abschluss des Bauingenieurstudiums als Dipl.-Ing. (FH). Von 2007 bis 2008 Anstellung in München. Seit 2008 Absolvierung des Masterstudiums an der HTWK Leipzig im Studienschwerpunkt Baubetrieb.
