THis is an amazing book for anyone interested in herbal medicine from someone new to herbs to the more experienced. It is a concise book with many herbal remedies for many different ailments. It is well written, organised by each herb. It covers many herbs which I would never would have thought were medicine such as blackberry bush leaves (being great for eczma..and it works!) and dock. Fantastic book if you are interested in treating yourself and your family naturally!
this book is well writeen but you really have to be into this style of writing to enjoy it... worth being read at least once , bargan price, seen in bookshops much higher price, over ok read would give it 2 out of five stars.. If you dont like it you could always use as birdcage liner lol/
