About the Author

James Jean is a Los Angeles-based artist. Since 2001, he has worked for clients such as The New York Times, Rolling Stone, DC Comics, Spin, ESPN, Atlantic Records, Target, Playboy, Prada, among many others. In 2007, he moved away from commercial illustration work to focus his career on personal paintings, book projects, and gallery exhibitions. James jean's critically acclaimed art has been exhibited in New York, Los Angeles, London, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.
