About the Author

The author is a business pyschologist and career consultant. He is a regular contributor to the Financial Times, Guardian, CNN and various BBC programmes, including the critically acclaimed 'Who Would Hire You?', an eight-part series aired on BBC Three, following the agonies and ecstasies of real life candidates as they go through the recruitment process. "He was able to transform [interview candidates] from no-hopers to model potential employees in a matter of days" (Guardian). The second series airs in Spring 2006. He has written nine books on various management and career topics.
