Louise Burke has been the Head of the Department of Sports
Nutrition Department at AIS since 1990. In 1996 she was appointed
the first dietician for an Australian Olympic Team and is currently
chief dietician to the Australian Swimming Team. She was a
competitive triathlete in a 'past life' and has written a number of
sports nutrition books.
Greg Cox joined the department as a fulltime staff member in 1998
after previously holding the 1995 Berri Fellowship in Sports
Nutrition.
Nikki Cummings provides the Food Service expertise, and is a keen
triathlete.
Ben Desbrow was the 1999 Nestle Fellow in the AIS Department of
Sports Nutrition.
