About the Author

In this volume, coauthors Lee M. A. Simpson and Paul J. P. Sandul, a professor and doctoral candidate, respectively, at Sacramento State University, have uncovered a wealth of images with the cooperation of the Fair Oaks Historical Society and other local organizations. Their careful research adds context to these precious images.
