In this overview of Carter's humanitarian work since losing the presidential election to Ronald Reagan in 1980 and leaving the White House, Carter comes across as energetic and well meaning. But he also at times seems naOve and overly critical of the Presidents who came after him (regardless of party). Narrators Tom Stechschulte (The Big Oyster) and Barbara Caruso deliver a fine performance that doesn't outpace listeners in what can be dense, deep topic coverage. Recommended for all libraries.
