Momtaz Begum-Hossain has a strong interest and understanding of crafts and a huge fascination and love for the Bollywood industry. She has been the Assistant Editor of Popular Crafts magazine and also regularly contributes craft projects to the BBC children's magazines. She has had articles published in Asian Woman and Asian Bride magazines and also writes a fashion and style column for the Enfield Advertiser and Barnet Press newspapers. When it is launched later this year, Momtaz will also be a feature writer for Anoki, a UK-based Asian style magazine. From 2002-2004, Momtaz ran her own label 'momtazbh' specialising in bespoke handmade bags and accessories. She is currently in the process of re-launching this label as a 'customising' label where people can send in items of clothing to be personally customised. She lives in Lewisham, London.
