Stephen Wilkins was born in London in 1965. Between 1998 and 2001 he worked in Dubai as a University Lecturer. He has had several articles on education, training and human resource development in Dubai published in international journals. Stephen now lives in East Anglia, where he works as a teacher. Dubai Creek is his first novel.
