The Author: Mika Ojakangas (Ph.D.) is Academy Research Fellow at the Helsinki Collegium for Advanced Studies, University of Helsinki. He has published several books and articles in the field of political theory and political philosophy. His latest book Kenen tahansa politiikka (2002) explores the limits and possibilities of a non-exclusive political community.
