Schweitzer is an entomologist at the Nature Conservancy and NatureServe, and curatorial affiliate at the Yale University Peabody Museum of Natural History. J. Bolling Sullivan is research associate at the Smithsonian Institution. Richard C. Reardon is a member of the Forest Health Technology Enterprise Team at the USDA Forest Service. He is the coauthor of "Caterpillars of Eastern Forests".
