Reviews

"Condensing available data he (the author) attempts to explain the cause of each of these tragedies and in doing so offers an insight into the colossal sphere of railway safety which tabloid and TV news bulletin writers so often fail to grasp, when working with a subject they do not fully understand, to tight deadlines. An enlightening piece of scholarship" Heritage Railway "Tracks to Disaster by ex-railwayman Adrian Vaughan, is an excellent, precise and technical book well illustrated by black and white photographs and some very clear diagrams...good value, well written and illustrated, and grippingly enjoyable!" British Railway Modelling
