Gr 5-8‘These three series entries are well organized, informative, and entertaining. They present clear overviews of the respective country's history and geography, and provide an up-to-date look at its government, economy, and lifestyles. Detailed descriptions of the religions, languages, and arts and leisure activities of the various peoples who make up each nation are especially interesting. Excellent-quality full-color photographs and reproductions show the people, landforms, buildings, and everyday activities of the particular cultures.
