Stephen Pressman (Ph.D., New School for Social Research) is Professor of Economics and Finance at Monmouth College in West Long Branch, NJ, specializing in macroeconomics, poverty, and the history of economic thought. He has published several books and more than two dozen articles in professional journals on these topics. He has also served as a member of the Editorial Board of The Review of Political Economy and as Associate Editor of the Eastern Economic Journal.
