Michael J. Meyer, now retired, was an adjunct professor of English at DePaul University and Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago Illinois. He is the coeditor of A Steinbeck Encyclopedia (2006) and the author of The John Steinbeck Bibliography, 1996-2006 (forthcoming from Scarecrow).
Meyer's bibliography, about as exhaustive as such an effort can be,
includes a chronology of Steinbeck's life and primary works. Well
written bibliography.
