About the Author

Christopher Hartop FSA is the author of numerous books on silver. In 2005 he curated the exhibition Royal Goldsmiths: The Art of Rundell & Bridge 1797-1843. He is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths and currently Chairman of the Silver Society.
