This was an impulse buy - but thankfully turned out to be a great one! Plenty of other books telling you how to cut costs or how to sell more. This doesn't preach that kind of stuff. Instead it looks at why you are in business at all - and then works through a series of challenges to make sure you really understand what you are doing and why. On top of that it has some brilliant thinking around involving people. Give it a try. I thought the section on Command Control & Communication was excellent.
