Stephen Padgett was formerly Professor of Politics at the University of Strathclyde, UK. William E. Paterson is Honorary Professor of German and European Politics at Aston University, UK. Reimut Zohlnhofer is Professor of Political Science at the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg, Germany.
