About the Author

Robert J. Schreiter is a priest and member of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood. His published titles include The New Catholicity, Reconciliation: Mission and Ministry in a Changing Social Order, and The Ministry of Reconciliation: Spirituality and Strategies (all from Orbis). A past president of the American Society of Missiology and of the Catholic Theological Society of America, he currently serves as dean of the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago.
