The Editor/Der Herausgeber: Lorenz Boellinger, J.D., is a Professor of Criminal Law and Criminology at the Dept. of Law, University of Bremen/Germany. He also holds a M.A. of Psychology and practises as a Psychoanalyst (member of the Int. Psychoanalytical Association). He has predominantly done research and published in the following fields: criminal law and social control of terrorism, sexual deviance and drugs, treatment of delinquents. He is presently engaged in a major study about cannabis use and criminalization in Germany.
