Reviews

“The editors are to be commended for taking on such a challenging yet important assignment and for recruiting such a strong set of contributors. The resultant volume contains worthwhile contributions that readers from a range of disciplines and varying degrees of commitment to cliometrics will want to consult.” (David Mitch, EH.net, July, 2016)
