About the Author

Susannah Blake has written this book for all bakers — from the novice to the experienced. She is a food writer and editor who consults, commissions, project-manages, art-directs, and writes for various books and magazines. She has produced over 30 cookbooks — including four award-winning titles — has authored seven books, and has written and produced features for numerous magazines.
