Award-winning author and illustrator, Catherine Rayner, was born in Harrogate and now lives in Edinburgh. She has a BA Hons in Visual Communication and Illustration from Leeds College of Art and Edinburgh College of Art. Much of the inspiration for her illustration comes from her pets.
Rayner is a past winner of the Kate Greenaway Medal and this book
is a perfect example of her quite stunning artwork and the
inventive ways in which she plays with size, shape, perspective and
even page design. Full of expression and detail, this is a
