The youngest in a family of three and now a proud mother of two, Rachel grew up through the world of imagination, living in the fantasy of books, films and television to help escape the struggles of her childhood. She took comfort in the make-believe world of other characters and has been living there ever since. She believes that a powerful story can connect with the audience not only through the way it's told, but from the way someone can relate with the emotions that the character is experiencing. Rachel believes the fun isn't just in the journey but also in the resolution.
"A confronting story of healing so beautifully told. Perfectly encapsulates the way our past stays with us and how hard it can be to move forward... Loved every page." Andrea, Indie Book reviewer (NT)
