Author: Isabel Hood trained as a chef and ran her own catering business in London for manyyears. She now cooks privately for clients in their own homes. She has also worked in the travel industryand speaks fluent French, Spanish and Italian. Her first cookery book, Just The Two of Us EntertainingEach Other, was published in November 2006.
