Pastor Carl Flowers is the Founder and President of Trinity Outreach Ministries in Picayune, Mississippi. He is also the Founder of the Oasis Community Development Center in Picayune, Mississippi. Pastor Flowers is the instructor of the ARRM Restoration Recovery Ministry and Director of the Covenant Bible College and Seminary Satellite Campus, which is designed to educated and strengthen the body of Christ by identifying their purpose in helping those struggling with addiction. Pastor Flowers is a speaker, spiritual father to many, and a mentor. He and his wife, Julie, and the two children born of their union reside in Picayune, Mississippi.
