About the Author

Roger Lewis was raised in Bedwas, South Wales, and educated at Oxford, where he was made a Fellow of Wolfson College at 24. Roger Lewis is the author of The Life and Death of Peter Sellers, which is being turned into a film this year, The Real Life of Lawrence Olivier, Anthony Burgess: A Life (Faber & Faber, 2002) and Seasonal Suicide Notes: My Life as it is Lived (Short Books, 2009).
