About the Author

A.S. Gilmour, Jr. is a professor emeritus in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the State University of New York, Buffalo. He is a well-published author of books, journal articles, and conference proceedings, and has numerous patents to his credit. He received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Cornell University.
