About the Author

Born in Sydney in 1986, Ryaed Owens grew up on the Sunshine Coast, developing a love for reading and writing at an early age. He is a writer mainly of historical fiction, combining his keen interest in medieval and ancient history with his love of fantasy literature. He currently resides in Mackay, Queensland, where he teaches English and Music. Ryaed is currently completing a PhD.
