Karen Leibovitch is a counsellor, wife and mother of three children. After being diagnosed with oral cancer in 2004, Karen decided that she would record her experiences as a patient and counsellor, with the aim of helping other cancer patients, their family and carers understand more about the psychological and physical effects of cancer.
