Neal Lozano is the director of Philadelphia Renewal and Reconciliation, an association of churches, and the senior co-ordinator of the House of God's Light, an interdenominational Christian community he has pastored for twenty-seven years. Lozano has a master's degree in religious education, has taught on deliverance in Eastern Europe and Haiti, and is the author of The Older Brother Returns.
