About the Author

Kay has had a long career working in large corporations in the field of risk management as a leader of teams, reporting into executive. Her larger passion though, was an interest in helping people with their problems. This led to her learning a number of alternate modalities including NLP and hypnotherapy. She then began working as a coach. Kay has a passion for animals and an interest in expanded consciousness and has written a book 'Retrain your brain, Stop, Switch, Sustain.'
