About the Author

Samantha Magee is an experienced Bikram, Hatha and children's Yoga teacher, as well as a Reiki Master. She trained under Bikram Choudhury in Los Angeles and has trained and judged advanced students for the UK and European Asana Championships. She contributes to Surfgirl and Yoga Magazine and teaches in studios throughout London.
