About the Author

Jonny Duddle is the author-illustrator of the hugely successful picture books The Pirates Next Door, which won the 2012 Waterstones Children's Book Prize, The Pirate Cruncher, and The King of Space. Jonny has also been a character designer for Aardman Animation’s Academy Award–nominated film The Pirates! Jonny Duddle lives in Wales with his wife and two young children.
