Minda Webber is also a produced and published writer with a B.S. in Science & History and a Masters in History. In addition to having been a geologist, teacher, and sales manager, Minda has co-written several Saturday morning cartoons for ABC with her sister. Her foray into the publishing world began when the Fortune 500 company she worked for downsized. She began reading romance novels between job interviews and decided to write one of her own. Several months later, Marilyn handed off her sister's manuscript to a literary agent and within weeks, Minda had received a two book deal with Dorchester/Love Spell Publishing. Her first novel won BEST HISTORICAL VAMPIRE NOVEL and was nominated for BEST FIRST NOVEL from the Romantic Times Book Reviewer's Choice Awards. Her second novel was nominated for MOST INNOVATIVE NOVEL by Romantic Times as well. In the past few years, Minda has had four more novels published in the paranormal romance genre, including an anthology with Best-Selling Author, Katie MacAlister, and Romantic Times picked her as one of the "HOT TOP TEN WRITERS TO WATCH FOR!"
