Born in 1937 and educated in London and at Cambridge. DH Wilson now lives in Somerset. Recently retired, he had been a lecturer at the universities of Bristol and Konstantz, West Germany. A well-known playwright, he is perhaps most famous for his Jeremy James books, which have been translated into several languages. He is married with three grown up children.
