About the Author

Eric Stover is Director of the Human Rights Center and an Adjunct Professor of Public Health at the University of Caifornia, Berkeley. Harvey M. Weinstein is Associate Director of the Human Rights Center and a Clinical Professor of Public Health at the University of California, Berkeley.
